Dallas Powell
President
Dallas has over 20 years of experience in application development work in the software industry. Prior to founding Tybera, Dallas served as Manager of Engineering for Time0 where he was responsible for coordinating and producing digital marketplaces.

Before joining Time0, he was the Director of Development for Corel Inc. with specialties in the XML/SGML technologies and Internet services. He was responsible for the development of an interactive validating editor for XML / SGML embedded within WordPerfect. In addition, he proposed, designed, and created an intranet strategy for Corel, which eventually led to a product called NetPerfect.

While at Corel he filed for patents on electronic exchange handling of XML documents and he currently holds a U.S. Patent for a Method and System for Transmitting Secure Electronic Documents.

 

Norm Anderson
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Norm is responsible for the sales and marketing strategy for Tybera. He brings with him over 25 years of experience in marketing and selling technology through direct, corporate, and channel sales both domestic and international. He has served in various sales and marketing roles for Qwest, Time0, PartNET, and Century Software. Norm graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Economics.

 

Bruce Walters
Chief Technical Officer
Prior to helping found Tybera, Bruce was a Consulting Engineer for Time0 and was responsible for the design and development of digital marketplaces to assist companies in developing their Internet business-to-business strategies. Bruce has 20 years of software development experience in electronic commerce and business application development.

Prior to Time0, Bruce was the WordPerfect Architect at Corel Inc., and a WordPerfect Development Manager at Corel in Orem, Utah. Before Corel, Bruce was a Senior Software engineer at Novell, Inc. He has a BS in Computer Science from the Brigham Young University and a AS in Electronic Engineering Technology from Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho.

 

Kerry Ward
Vice President of Development
With over 20 years experience designing and developing software applications, Kerry, a cofounder, is responsible for software development at Tybera. Prior to joining Tybera, Kerry was a Software Engineer for Time0 where he assisted businesses in developing internet based digital marketplaces. Kerry’s experience also includes work at Corel where he led a team of Software Engineers in developing the SGML/XML editing component for the WordPerfect product. Kerry has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University where his focus of study was computer architecture.
