Tybera Signs Partnership Agreement with Document Management Provider AlphaCorp
Tybera and AlphaCorp partner to provide secure digital signatures to the document management process
OREM, Utah - September 17, 2002 - Tybera Development Group, a provider of e-filing solutions for courts and attorneys, today announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with AlphaCorp, an industry-leading provider of document management systems, to provide a comprehensive solution for managing documents securely throughout the corporate enterprise.
"We've had several requests from customers and prospects recently who would like to move files and documents through their enterprise securely, using digital signatures," said Jim Painter, president of AlphaCorp. "Tybera's eFlex e-filing solution meets or exceeds those requirements."
The combination of Tybera's eFlex e-filing solution with AlphaCorp's SIRE technology will allow courts and county recorders the ability to integrate the scanning of legacy paper filings with the new electronic filings using digital signatures.
Tybera's eFlex electronic filing exchange is focused on bridging the electronic document exchange gap. It is a framework of services that facilitates the process of electronically signing or approving documents, sharing these files with others to sign, submitting the information to a receiving party, verifying evidence, and automating the submissions received process.
AlphaCorp's SIRE integrated document management system enables governments to manage and deliver information through simplified processes. Costs are dramatically reduced as are handling requirements. Staff can devote more time to customer service and to projects previously out of reach. Examples of simplified processes are: Document storage and delivery, public access to records, records retention scheduling, disaster recovery of records, tax roll process, other manual processes.
"The ability to offer AlphaCorp's SIRE technology to our customers as a packaged solution is a great win for Tybera. Courts will now have an affordable solution to image and store court documents as they prepare for electronic filing" said Dallas Powell, president of Tybera. "Without this option, courts are reluctant to begin efiling at all."
The partnership allows AlphaCorp to resell Tybera's eFlex software to county recorders and courts, while Tybera is able to resell AlphaCorp's SIRE solution to courts and attorneys.
