Tybera and IBM Partner to Provide Complete eFiling Solution

Tybera and IBM sign partnership agreement to provide document management and efiling services to courts and attorneys nationwide

OREM, Utah, May 23, 2003 - Tybera Development Group, Inc., a leader in electronic filing solutions for courts, attorneys, and government agencies, today announced that it has signed a reseller agreement with IBM to provide IBM's court customers with its electronic filing exchange (eFlex). This partnership will allow IBM to provide its Content Manager customers with industry leading efiling software, making a complete solution for courts and attorneys.
