Bull Services Signs Master Reseller Agreement with Tybera

Reseller agreement allows Bull Services to market Tybera's eFlex efiling software to government and business accounts worldwide

OREM, Utah - August 9, 2003 - Bull Services, a division of Bull HN Information, a world leader in integrating e-business solutions for government and business has signed a master reseller agreement with Tybera to market its eFlex efiling solution to Bull's customers worldwide. This agreement will allow Bull to add electronic filing to its document management solution for courts, attorneys, and county recorders. This partnership is an important step towards tightly integrated systems and reduced manual intervention.

"By partnering with Tybera, Bull Services now has one of the strongest offerings of attorney-to-court integration available," says Mike Berman, Vice President and General Manager, Bull Services. "With Tybera's ability to provide 'best in class' efiling, and Bull's expertise in both document management and integration, courts now have a complete solution for efiling, storing and retrieving court documents as well as integration with their existing case management systems," says Berman.

Bull Services provides a complete range of services including the study of existing architecture, specifications, solutions selection and design, integration, installation, deployment, and follow-up.

"Bull Services' experience as an integrator of document management solutions for the legal community is recognized worldwide," says Dallas Powell, President of Tybera. "And having them as a partner will only help to enhance our offering to courts and county governments," says Mr. Powell.

This new partnership will seamlessly integrate the efiling process with document management. This means attorneys will now be able to initiate cases online using their browser, file them electronically to the court, pay the filing fee by credit card, update the courts' case management system with the new filing, and receive back a digital receipt of the completed transaction. Attorneys also have the option of having their case management systems updated automatically as well.
