PCSS, Inc. Signs Partnership Agreement with Tybera
Case management system provider PCSS selects Tybera's eFlex efiling solution for their court customers
KANSAS CITY, Missouri - October 30, 2003 - Tybera Development Group, a leading provider of efiling solutions for courts, attorneys, and state agencies, today announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with Professional Computer Software Services, Inc. (PCSS), an industry-leading provider of case management systems for courts.
The partnership will allow PCSS to provide eFlex to courts throughout the United States and the Caribbean. Courts using PCSS case management software will have the option to integrate efiling data directly to their existing PCSS system-reducing or eliminating manual entry of case data.
"Several customers have approached us looking for an efiling solution," said Gary Ownbey, Vice President, Sales and Marketing for PCSS. "Until now, we haven't felt like there has been a solution available that provides for complete integration to our system," said Ownbey, "but that problem is solved with eFlex."
Each PCSS court customer that implements Tybera's eFlex will receive both an electronic filing service provider (EFSP) to send filings, and an electronic filing manager (EFM) to receive filings. Attorneys and state agencies that file to the court will have the option to use the court's EFSP to file over the Web, or install their own EFM and integrate digital receipts received from the court directly back into their individual CMS-completing the two-way automation of data.
