Tybera Recieves Notice of Intent to Award for Utah DWS Contract
Tybera has received an intent to award letter for a multi-year contract to provide efiling technology and integration services to the Utah Dept. of Workforce Services
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, June 28, 2004 - Tybera Development Group, Inc., a leader in electronic filing solutions for courts, attorneys, and government agencies, today announced that it has received an 'Intent to Award' letter from the Utah Department of Workforce Services which administers all unemployment insurance and public assistance payments for the state.
"We're excited to proceed with the contract negotiations and then the actual implementation so that the DWS can begin automating their daily filings to the court," says Dallas Powell, President of Tybera.
With eFlex installed, the DWS will be able to input data into their case management system and then send this data directly to the Utah courts using eFlex. eFlex will extract XML data and then automatically update the Utah courts' case management system. With the filing completed, eFlex will then return an electronic receipt back to the DWS, practically eliminating manual intervention.
