Court Specialists, Inc. Signs Partnership Agreement with Tybera
Case management system provider CSI signs with Tybera to provide efiling for their court customers
OREM, Utah - September 15, 2004 - Tybera Development Group, a leading provider of efiling solutions for courts, attorneys, and state agencies, today announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with Court Specialists, Inc. (CSI), an industry-leading provider of case management systems for courts.
This partnership allows CSI to provide Tybera's eFlex efiling solution to its courts throughout the country. Customers currently using CSI's case management software are now able to add efiling to the court process as well, saving court clerks and attorneys even more time.
"We now feel that, with Tybera's eFlex, we are able to provide our customers a solution to their evolving efiling requirements," said Allen White, President of CSI. "We also feel that Tybera's model is one that is acceptable to the courts," said White.
CSI customers wanting to add efiling to their court processes will, first, be able to avoid the painful RFP process by purchasing the eFlex license directly from CSI off of existing contracts, and secondly, receive both an Electronic Filing Service Provider (EFSP) to send filings, and an Electronic Filing Manager (EFM) to receive filings. Attorneys and state agencies that file to the court will have the option to use the court's EFSP to file over the Web or install their own eFlex EFM and integrate directly to the court's case management system-completing a two-way automation of data and reducing or eliminating manual intervention.
