Washoe County, Nevada Courts Begins Design Phase of E-Filing

County to begin with criminal efilings

OREM, UT OREM, UT, 22 May 2006 - Tybera Development Group, Inc. today announced that it has begun the design phase of its efiling project with the Washoe County District Court of Nevada.

This phase of the project is significant because it is the first time efiling will be implemented in a criminal jurisdiction with direct integration to a case management system. When completed, a district attorney will enter charges on each individual through Tybera's eFlex efiling software and have those charges be updated directly into the county's case management system, ensuring that they are entered correctly. This degree of integration will save court clerks a significant amount of time as they will avoid having to enter the data manually. The new efiling system is owned and controlled by the Washoe County courts and is expected to go live in the fall of 2006.

Over the past two years Tybera has added several important customers to its portfolio who are or will soon be implementing efiling across several jurisdictions. With no mandatory efiling transaction fee, the court is free to implement efiling for civil, criminal or appeals cases and not worry about how to encourage attorneys to use it.

About Tybera
Tybera provides end-to-end efiling automation of both the attorney and court's systems by integrating and coordinating their case management and document management systems. In addition, Tybera can automate the court filing fee collection and integrate this with the court's accounting system. Tybera's eFlex supports LegalXML CourtFiling v1.1, document integrity, digital signatures, and an advanced security model using an open API.
