MAXIMUS Signs Agreement with Tybera to Provide eFiling
Industry leading case management systems vendor MAXIMUS partners with Tybera to offer its eFlex electronic filing technology
OREM, Utah – 2 February 2007 – Tybera Development Group, a leading provider of efiling solutions for courts, attorneys, and state agencies, today announced that it has teamed up with MAXIMUS to offer Tybera’s eFlex efiling technology along with their CourtView case management system.
The combination of first class case management with leading edge efiling will be a strong factor in the court automation environment. MAXIMUS continues to service a substantial number of court customers across the country, and Tybera’s list of efiling customers continues to grow as well, making for a very successful partnership.
“Having MAXIMUS as a new partner is a tremendous opportunity for Tybera to bring efiling to a huge base of court customers,” says Dallas Powell, President of Tybera. “Integrating to their CourtView product has been a goal of ours for quite some time now,” says Powell.
Now CourtView users will have the option to purchase Tybera’s eFlex product from MAXIMUS, where they then receive both a Filer’s Interface to send filings to the court, and a Clerk Review Interface to review and receive filings, all over the Web.
