Tyler Signs Business Partner Agreement with Tybera
Highly successful case management systems vendor Tyler Technologies, Inc. partners with Tybera to offer its eFlex electronic filing technology
OREM, Utah – 7 May 2007 – Tybera Development Group, Inc., a leading provider of efiling solutions for courts, attorneys, and state agencies, today announced that it has teamed up with Tyler to offer Tybera’s eFlex efiling technology along with their Odyssey case management system.
Adding Tybera’s industry leading efiling technology to Tyler’s browser-based Odyssey case management system is a natural fit. Both companies have been enjoying tremendous sales growth over the last two years bringing on many new and substantial customers. With the addition of Tybera as an available efiling vendor for Tyler customers, they won’t have far to go to access best of class efiling technology.
“Tybera and Tyler already share Orange and Clay County in Florida, so integrating to them is a natural progression that will then be available to many courts across the country—some even statewide,” says Dallas Powell, president of Tybera. “Tyler’s browser-based Odyssey product is proving to be a market force in the CMS industry so partnering with them is not only a good business decision, it’s catalyst for our success,” says Powell.
Tyler ’s Odyssey users will now be able to purchase Tybera’s eFlex technology directly from Tyler off existing contracts. This will go a long way to saving time and resources of the court. The result will be a fully integrated case, document, and efiling system that will significantly increase court automation and reduce or eliminate manual clerk intervention.
