Clay County-Florida Licenses Tybera’s eFlex
County chooses to license Tybera’s efiling and integrate with case management system
OREM, Utah – June 8, 2007
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tybera Development Group, a leader in electronic filing solutions for courts, attorneys, and government agencies, today announced that Clay County Florida has license its electronic filing software eFlex.
Clay County joins Orange County as a new owner of Tybera’s eFlex electronic filing software which they licenses for all filing types. Clay expects to integrate Tybera’s efiling with Tyler’s case management system by the end of 2007, creating a seamless environment for clerks to review and approve court filings with little or no manual intervention.
“We are excited to have Clay County as our newest customer and look forward to completing the integration work with Tyler,” says Dallas Powell, president of Tybera. “The ability for courts to license efiling technology and maintain control of the process is right in line with the Florida Supreme Court ruling and goals for efiling,” said Powell.
Clay County expects to offer efiling to attorneys for most Civil filing types so as not to interrupt their current momentum with efiling.
About Tybera
Tybera continues to lead the market in efiling for judicial courts and government agencies. Our customers include Delaware (statewide), Utah, Orange and Clay County Florida, Washoe County Nevada, The Supreme Court of Nevada, and the Eastern Caribbean Courts of St. Lucia. We continue to bring superior efiling technology to many courts of various jurisdictions across the country.
Much of the appeal for Tybera’s eFlex comes from its ability to tightly integrate with case and document management systems which reduces or eliminates manual data entry. Clerks can configure eFlex to automatically receive filings that don’t require any review, or queue up filings that do require special review. Licensing eFlex helps ensure that courts receive a customized solution that fits their needs.
