Patent infringement lawsuit filed against Tybera
OREM, Utah – March 27, 2012 – Tybera Development Group, Inc., a leading provider of electronic filing technology, was recently notified by IMAGE-X, LLC out of Macon, Georgia, the parent company of e-Filing.com, that a complaint for patent infringement had been filed against it.
The patent at issue is U.S. Patent No. 7,035,830 titled “Method and Apparatus for Remote Filing and Recordation of Documents."
Tybera has a firm policy of respecting the intellectual property rights of others. Tybera is aware of the patent at issue and, accordingly, has been careful to direct its customers away from any infringement. Furthermore, Tybera is very confident that the patent at issue is invalid and unenforceable and cannot withstand the scrutiny of litigation.
